All books are shipped in good condition. No refunds will be given for books that arrive which are the result of Australia Post's negligence.

 

You will need to discuss it with them.

All books shipped are at the base cost price that it cost the author in a padded bubble wrap bag and should arrive in good order. 

REFUNDS or RETURNS

Refunds for returns will only be given if the book is UNREAD, and returned in perfect condition where the book can be resold again. NO refunds will be given until they are received. Sending back any returns are at the cost of the person who ordered the book.
